 1. Total Commander     ( My favorite Windows File Manager Tool )

 2. Notepad++  ( Enhanced notepad application )

3. PDF Creator   ( GNU tool which creates nice PDF documents )

4. OpenFiler  (  Open Source Network Attached Storage and Storage Area Network Solution )

5. GParted ( Gnome Partition Manager )

6. Trillain Chat Client ( My favorite chat client and more )

7.  FileZilla  ( Free FTP solution, this was always the recommended FTP solution we used for esXpress users )

8. WinDirStat  ( WinDirStat is a disk usage statistics viewer and cleanup tool for Microsoft Windows )

9. WinSCP ( Open source free SFTP client, SCP client, FTPS client and FTP client for Windows

10. Microsoft Process Explorer ( Nice way to view processes and DLLs  in Windows )

11.  vSphere Client RDP Plug-in ( Integration of Windows Remote Desktop tool with vSphere client, by Xtravirt )

12. vDisk Informer  ( Shows which VMs have wasted space or virtual disks that are misaligned )
