I came across the Citrix Blog today that was posted by Citrix earlier in the week introduction what they are calling Citrix AutoSupport. You can upload your Citrix logs and then have them analyzed and then within a few minutes an email will be with the results. Sounds cool and helpful to the Citrix user community.
Citrix AutoSupport supports XenServer, XenDesktop, NetScaler and now XenApp (beta).
